Great for classroom discussion and public awareness - these entertaining and interactive videos address key issues surrounding the topic of "Food Myths' in today's society as examined by three young Health Professionals.  Topics explore organic vs non organic, food transportation, the use of supplements, food waste, recycling and consumer expectations from an increasingly complex global food supply system.  The panel discussion provides a format to explore issues in ways that connect the topics into a cohesive framework and provides a thoughtful approach of do's and don'ts.
